This is my first time doing my own RTS program or method.
I want you to take a look at this and give me your thougts about this one!

3days per week.
3 weeks on each block
volume phase with no belt? Thoughts?
intensity phase with belt? Thoughts?
i vary(?) mix(?) my assistance training with 3-5 sets and 6-12 reps

I have been thinking about doing Fatigue Stops or doing Repeat sets, or what do you think?

Do more pressing, you have 6 lower body exercises and 3 upper. Change up the number of reps each week. If you are going to do singles, do sets of 2-4 after to get some volume. Wear a belt when you feel you need it.
