Hi all, I needed advice on a certain topic. I needed to know how I could implement this autoregulation system on at 8 to 10 repetitions scheme? I understand that I would probably have higher amount of fatigue totals for the week, so I needed advice on how to program this. Do I still use 10% fatigue on the drop off Sets? Also, can I do this for every exercise in my program or only the Main compound ones?also, how would I accurately find my work set without wearing myself out ?
