Hi guys! Im currently in a sort of off-season where my next big meet is in may. And as I was lost in all the programs available, I came across The generalized program by Mike T. My question is how you can lengthen the volume phase and how you can continue with 4x/week during intensity phase.

Background: bodybuilding programs, rsr, candito and pro-coaching.
Stats: 160/122,5/212,5 (Kg)
18 y/o and competing in the 74 weightclass.
no real injuries, just some tightness.
