View Full Version : Template help for over 40 lifter

What would you recommend for an older lifter to do when it comes to setting up a template. I have taken a look at a lot of things in the past and just want your take on it. I really love your set up in the manual and would of loved to have known about it and the HF training that the Norwegians are known for when I was younger but do not think my body could handle that now. I think I might could handle your template, but over the course of a 9-10 day work week instead of 7. Thanks for any input I would surely appreciate it.
