Hi Everyone,

I have a meet coming up soon. And thought I would plan ahead and plan a 2 week restoration block for after the meet, and currently have it looking something like this;

Day 1
High Bar Squat x10@6, x10@7, x10@8
Incline Bench x8@6, x8@7, x8@8
Overhead Press x11@6, x11@7, x11@8

Day 2
SLDL x5@6, x5@7, x5@8
CGBP x8@6, x8@7, x8@8
Split Squat x11@6, x11@7, x11@8

Day 3
Hack Squat x10@6, x10@7, x10@8
Lat Pull Down x8@6, x8@7, x8@8
Face Pull x12@6, x12@7, x12@8

Day 4
Lateral Delt Raise x12@6, x12@7, x12@8
Landmines x10@6, x10@7, x10@8
BB Row x10@6, x10@7, x10@8

Would love to hear if you guys think this is ok, or if is complete garbage.
