i like this idea a lot , have great success and FUN with this changing in my training . i love rotating exercises weekly on ME days , my mind is fresh and if i come back to a ME exercise after 4 or 8 weeks , i always hit a big pr on this .

doing reps instead of speedsets for bench is easy to adjust , but how should i use this idea for speedsquats ? every week squats/boxsquats for 4-6 reps or alternating squats and deads ?

Now I think I understand Mike's comment from other thread:

The arguments against moderate intensities (as I described them -- say 85-92%) is that it's too heavy to get you much volume and not heavy enough to be really good at developing sport form.
