    Deadlifts felt good tonight. I feel like I'm after finding a groove than allows me to lift with a much prettier technique. Lockouts are definitely looking better than before. +3.5 kg over last weeks estimated max. My previous best double was 255 kg x2 @9.5 from two months ago.

    -3 kg from last weeks performance. I didn't feel the strongest today. I felt like I had to push very hard to get what I got today. The four work sets took me 30 minutes, so I called it there.

    Right back on track after last weeks lower than expected performance. I was going to call last week's a dismal performance, but I took what was there, got the work in, so that would be a poor way to look at things.

    What the hell happened here? This was my first working set weight and about 19 kg less than my planned top set! I felt fine warming up, just a standard day, nothing too good or bad.
