    On par with last weeks performance and a few kg under my best estimated max. Unfortunately, this was the same as my last double nine weeks ago. However, the fatigue sets felt pretty decent. Nine weeks is a short time in the grand scheme of things, so I'm sure there's more to come.

    Deadlifts felt good tonight. I feel like I'm after finding a groove than allows me to lift with a much prettier technique. Lockouts are definitely looking better than before. +3.5 kg over last weeks estimated max. My previous best double was 255 kg x2 @9.5 from two months ago.

    Right back on track after last weeks lower than expected performance. I was going to call last week's a dismal performance, but I took what was there, got the work in, so that would be a poor way to look at things.
