  3. Transition & Rebuild: Week 1 (Post-Nationals)

    Finally done with meets for a while, so I can finally have a chance to recover & rebuild! This past year was kind of crazy with the Arnold in March, Worlds in June, and Nationals in July, but I made it through! Excited to have time to make some major progress.
