    Also today TRAC said to do no drop set, just work up to the target set.
    I arrived in the gym quite good and decided to try one drop set.

    TRAC said to reduce planned stress. I drop away let's say, one set, and I drop about 10 kg from the planned weight.
    At that point was very late. The last weight was too low. Lowering again did not make sense. So that i passed to bench.

    Old super katana 44 (trying to dress a larger shirt to manage better the lift).

    Indeed the shirt size seems more confortable. As Mike commented that should be lead to a reasonable opener.
    For a new 44 may I plan a 165? We'll see later on.
