    So this was supposed to be a high stress week leading into Nationals. But despite good performances in the squat and bench earlier this week (and an improved-but-still-poor deadlift), I'm just too beat up to push it effectively. I can feel that I'm closing in on that "line". So I'm abandoning the high stress week and converting to a deload. Then I'll resume normal training next week.
