    I didn't want to post this session. The deadlifts were horrible. I mean really horrible. For the past couple months my pull has been bad and today was toilet. So I didn't want to post this. I felt the need to curate my story here, but that does nobody any good (except my ego). So here it is. At least I learned something. Maybe.
