  1. Week 19 - 2016

    I'm going to try RTS for a while, after having used a very low volume and low frequency approach. That got me to back up to 252,5 kgs in the raw squat and to an easy 280 kgs deadlift a few months ago, but my bench suffered a lot.

    This week was all about trying to adjust to more volume. I got very sore in the areas in my hip, right side only, where I struggled with injury for years. This is a warning sign and I will use the following four weeks to see if improves.

    Positive trend in the bench press.

  4. 27th June 2015 - Still positive trend in the bench press

    I have lost 2-3 kgs because I felt a bit like a fat blog. I'm at 103,5 kgs now. But I seem to have gotten stronger in the bench. Could it be because of the weekly very light incline sets?

    These short workouts are typical of this time of the year. Lots to do outside because of the kids' summer vacation.
