    In general, glute was still twingy and spent a good amount of time with my roller, lax ball, doing mobility drills, etc. Worked it out enough that it wasn't much of a player for worksets. Also wore my SBD knee sleeves for the first time and was thoroughly unimpressed. Perhaps its because I have cankles of doom and meaty (ok, fatty) thighs, which most guys don't have. So they were more like calf/thigh tourniquets with roomy space in between for my knee. *sigh*

    Still have trouble with my pec. 175 was like a easy opener so if it's just heal up I can do a lot more than 175.

    Deadlift:
    275 kg
    295 kg
    310 kg PR

    Both squat and deadlift were pretty smooth.
