    Rotation #3 Home session 3of7Benchin was a lot better today. Of course, I was home, on familiar equiptment that is set up solely for me, so I could get tighter and just generally set up better. Does being on famaliar equiptment make you better? Then what happens at a meet when you get on a bench that feels lots different than what you are used to?     Today was great.
    Much better than last week. I was correct in assuming I was just out of practice last week.
    Looking forward to getting into the 5's next week.
