    TRAC: Low Stress

    Squat: Good readiness. The 825 was rock-solid and good depth. The 875 was strong, but the descent needed to be faster. I got my stance just a hair too narrow on my 925, but it was a bit easier than I expected. A small bit.

    Bench: Very poor readiness, but I still set a PR -- likely because it was almost 3 months old. The last set was a smoke show.

    3Board: Small PR today. Solid work.
