  1. Training Log Update

    Pin squats are very new to me and I like them. Doing them beltless really showed my weak spots. I need more beltless and core training. I didn't do any drop sets because my lumbar was tight as hell after my top set. Much better then doing box squats. I feel I can keep much better form and really lean back in to them.
