  2. Training Log Update

    I felt great today and the weights were flying up. The 375 was an easy 9 I will move up 5lbs next week. On the squats the 455 was a 10 but it wasn't a grinder I will keep the weight the same. Inclines are feeling much stronger. They were an easier 9, but still a 9, I will most likely keep the weight on them the same next week. Overall today was a great session!
