    I feel like a fat guy with a beer belly... Bwt 143 in the morning then 139 lbs after i train.Started to do floor press but I feel funny on my left pec so I stop...After the GPP My PEC feel way better!! umm not really concern about it. Maybe I skip next bench session just to be on a safe note. Did a 4 lbs PR on ssb goodmorning. I feel this is helping me be more tight when I squat!!!
