    2/19.10was supposed to shirt bench today but training partners are benching tomorrow so since did a raw max effort day tuesdayI did repetitian method* 185 x 5, 225 x 5 275 x5 first 3 easy last 2 to failure. felt great.triceps 75 lb behind head 3 sets 8-10 repspushdowns 3 sets, tdb laterals s/s with front laterals 3 sets
