  3. Training Log Update

    Starting back up with my training. Intensity is low today on purpose and volume is high. Will work intensity back up over the course of the next 3 weeks. Focusing on form and control. I have been going too heavy for too long and need to take a step back and work on some other stuff. I am still lifting as explosively as possible on the concentric portion of the lift. *I'm just not sacrificing control to do it.
