    I had to move workout up a day. I am still feeling beat from last week. TRAC agreed with me and suggested I not do any work after the inital. I complied, but still had nothing left by the time I got to the deadlift. I will keep implement recovery methods hoping for the best.     Squats felt great, and were a huge PR. Ran out of time and had to cut tricep work short.
