  1. Training Log Update

    This was a good/bad day.My 225 squat was a 9.5 but when I went down to a 215 squat I focuse more and It felt so easy consider I did 4 extra sets that was @ 8 to @ 10 RPA. So I learn A lesson..... IT was more in the tank if I put my mind into it a little more!!!!!
    The 255 for 1 was a @8 then got loose in the second one!
    In the deadlift I Got to kept my back a little straighter but got to get use to wearing that Velocity suit!
    GOTTA Put my head up for What I learn that day! Week ...
