    Squats showed very poor readiness today, but I was not testing it how I should have.
    I did this session at about 5:30 AM before work. I just got through squats, which is the important thing for now.

    Good readiness on bench today. These PR's were about a month old and I absolutely crushed them. The pin press PR was about 30 pounds. The 2Board was a good one too. I actually had a pump in my arms by the time I finished the session (which hasn't happened in a long time).
