    Good day at the office!

    Only my 3rd full raw comp & only my 2nd as a 63kg lifter...good start to my 'comeback' year after some time away from the platform to have my 2nd child.

    Weighed in at 62.4kg without having to sauna...good start (helps keeping my training weight down!)

    Total: 355kg (21.5kg PB from last comp at 63kg & 10kg PB from comp at 66kg 7 weeks ago) - Australian Open Total record, National Champion

    My competition squat continues to increase. Everything felt great. Used the buffalo bar to take stress off my shoulders.

    Catching up on my log... This was a great session. I'm getting used to higher volume.

    My 365x3 was pretty and smooth! I've done 365 for more reps, but never this controlled.

    Didn't feel as good as usual, but still up from last time I hit x4 reps.
