  1. Training Log Update

    Kind of a rough week here. I managed to push myself through monday's workout with very low motivation, just was not ready to push myself. Wednesday was better, but my injured arm began to ache again so badly during squats that I had to quit squatting. Went ahead and tried dips, which didn't seem to bother my arm.
