  2. 13th June 2015 - Benching close to PR

    Positive trend in the bench these days: I am almost back to PR levels.

    Steep incline bench:

    this is a weak spot. More work is needed here.

    I had a migraine, but decided to go and lift those weigths anywany.

    No migraine anymore...

    I think I will not stop sumo pulling totally, as I've spent a year building some strength in this movement.

    I think I need to bench heavy in order to bench heavy… It's a neurological thing, I believe.
