RTS powerlifting from the old world week 7 - Training 2 & 3

I'm here putting the log of the last two work-out.
This week is the seventh of the RTS training. As a first summary I can say I feel
good and stronger, but at the same time I feel a little fatigued and I need to properly make tapering the next
two week (competition will be the next April 26th).

TRAINING 2 OF THE WEEK (THURSDAY)
Shirt bench (old katana, not the competition one)
Raw warm up to 100 kg x 3
120 x 4 @7, 10 cm board
142 x 3 @8, 5 cm board
163 x 1 @8.5, 2.5 cm board
168 x 1 @9.5 (it wasn't as easy as I had thought)
153 x 3 x 2 @9, 2.5 cm board (impossible to touch with this weight)
142 x 3 x 1 @8.5 (last set)

Suit deadlift with metal deadlifter very old and loose and without straps.
All the equipped reps are intended made without straps. I choosed this kind
of suit just to do not fatigue too much the body. The previous weeks were all
quite heavy and my CNS wants some refresh.

Very good reps. Clean and smooth, although heavy.

Squat with average bands

Bench touch and go
90 x 2 @7

2ct pause deadlift

The last "real" week is coming. I'll try to manage weights in proper way: I want to make the Mike's schedule using
brain, because I know that I'm a bit tired, but this mean that I charged like a spring. I have just to allow this spring
to release.
