FINITO

Did 3x170 kg in the bench with excellent form and figured I was good for 3x177.5 - 3x180 today. I played it conservative and used 177.5 kg - 2.5 kg more than last week (but 7.5 kg less than two weeks ago - but 185 was too heavy that time)

Squat became really good... 6x1x260 kg. With great pauses and depth.

Military press was easy. Should have used more weight but was tired at the end of the session.
