My hamstrings, and lower back to a lesser extent, were still very sore after deadlifting on Saturday so I didn't push things very hard tonight. I got in a few solid sets and resisted the temptation to push for more. I did the same thing with the rest of the movements. It was a relatively quick session as a result and I think I feel better now than when I went into the gym.
