I was actually supposed to do chains on deadlift, but I read it wrong. Really proud of myself. I think my previous best deadlift was 485. I haven't maxed a dl in a long time though. I knew I should be in the 500s by now, but to actually do it and do it twice, with probably one left, was amazing.

My form was rough.I have this habit of being anxious about big weights and kind of attack the weights in a quick way, instead of being calm and getting set. So what happens is my butt is too high and I round my back and just use too much back.

But I'm still happy. My dealift was at about 250 in november of 2011. So I doubled it in less than two years. And I haven't even been training it that hard until I started RTS, I concentrated more on squat work outs.
