I needed 90 kg x8 @10 for a 2 kg PR, and 4 kg over last weeks touch and go estimated max. So that's the weight I aimed for. I arrived at 8 reps under the bar and it was only a 9, so I made a game time decision to take the extra rep rather than another set. +8 kg over last weeks estimated max and +6 kg over two weeks ago!

I got schooled again on the Close Grip Bench. I definitely need to take a lighter guide set before my top set to see where I am after two other exercises. Dropped down to an appropriate weight for the fatigue work.
-5 kg on estimated max from when I last did these two weeks ago.
