Squat w/belt

RTS Training Weekend at SSPT. Solid work. I'm pretty happy with how the 695 is moving. And the volume work afterward was solid as well. Plenty of volume. Next week: 700.

Deadlift w/belt

Trained at SSPT this morning. For being tired from the weekend, this went well. I had some really long rest breaks, but the weights moved alright. Grip was fine, but my hands were sore by the end. I knew this so I held the last couple sets extra long and skipped supplemental grip work. Next week: 780.

Ugh. Not a great bench session. But that's what happens when your volume sucks. This was a step in the right direction.

Ugh. Also pretty ugly. Missed reps and all manner of craziness. Bench work is just down from where it was a few weeks ago. My bench seems to be very sensitive to drops in training volume. Oh well. Workouts like this should start to fix the problem.
