I've fallen behind. So here's a blitz of what I've done recently.

2ct Pause Deadlift
e1RM: 730
Trained at Paulie's place SBWC. Much better than expected.

This part was not so hot. Not sure why either. It was down almost 30 pounds. Doesn't really make sense to me. It might be due to setup differences. But as is usually the case in these instances, the back off sets were solid and I got some good work done. Just one more layer of auto-regulation.

2ct Pause Squat
e1RM: 647
Definitely feeling the jet lag today. Right on cue too. But you hear this message a thousand times in my log -- I did the work. And for all the crappiness of starting off, I did well exceeding my target mark by 1 pound. On a day like this, that's something to be proud of. I didn't get all my volume in. Not enough time between seminar events for everything. But I'm happy to have gotten something done.

Squat w/belt
e1RM: 745
Meh. Performance was on par with last week. Which I guess is saying something since I've been traveling like crazy and I'm jet lagged. Oh well. It is what it is. Keep moving forward. Next week is meet week.

Competition Raw Bench
e1RM: 490
Felt pretty heavy at first, but it bounced back nicely. Top set was a solid improvement on last week. Dropped the ball pretty hard on the rep work though. Missed the 2nd rep of my first double. Totally a groove issue. I got too far out of the groove and didn't have the energy to bring it back.

A little hit and miss, but ended up pretty good on the top set. Something to hang my hat on today.

Deadlift w/belt

Not bad. About what I expected. Chipping away slowly but surely. Rep work was a nice improvement over the last round of doubles. Grip is holding nicely.

This matched the triples from a couple weeks ago, which I'm pleased with all things considered.

Solid work. This is a fair bit ahead of where I was two weeks ago. Not bad for 5am training.

Overshot a little, but that's not bad considering I did this for triples about 15 hours ago. #overtraininglol

This was some of the best OHP I've done in quite a while. Funny how that happens when you practice.
