Squat notes: Figure 110 would have been a 7. Still not happy with the squat at this point - weight or technique. Videoing and working on some technique issues.

Bench (Touch and Go)

Targets: 69, 72, 76

60 x 8 @6/6.5
65 x 8 @7
70 x 8 @8
72.5 x 8 @9 - added belt for this one too, needed the extra help as on own with no spotter

Down Set (load)

General Notes: Looks like I missed out the down sets for squat and bench. Need to stop making stupid mistakes like this.
