Bench notes: Felt good

Deadlift With Belt

Target: 155, 162.5, 170

3 x 160 @7.5
3 x 167.5 @8
3 x 175 @9 - tough on grip.

Down set (load):
3 x 165 - breathing better

Deadlift: Determined to push the weights up this time, so did.

Military Press

40 x 7 @6
42.5 x 7 @7
45 x 7 @9 - WTF! Think I made this harder than it should have been

Down set (load):
40 x 6 - nothing left for last rep

General notes: Good session, pushing the weights up and everything felt good. Got a feeling its to do with fueling myself better in the 24hrs before.
