Notes: HEY THESE ALSO WERE SUPPOSED TO BE SETS OF 4 but they were supposed to be safety bar squats too so oh well. Found a new belt I really like (4" wide leather belt but much thinner than standard 11-13mm powerlifting belts,) and I'm trying to find a rack position with which I can actually, you know, breathe.
