Deadlift w/belt

Phew. Held serve on the singles today and was happy about it. Rep work was about par too. Felt a little heavy, but speed was okay. I feel healthier, but I'm not any stronger. Food for thought for all the "deload" advocates. Next week: 765, 800.

Strong showing on this movement, even though I haven't done it in about a year. I should have gone a little heavier, but I figured I'd show fatigue by set 4. Took a little longer than that.
