Deadlift w/ Belt

Comment: (e1RM in:) 478 (e1RM out:) 50. 475 was pretty quick but couldn't even get 500 off the floor. Not too happy with my technique on any of these, but basically matched my meet PR with a much stiffer bar. Will try to get 500 next time. Overall: +45 pounds on my total in 10 weeks. Happy with the result, but still lots of work to do. Video of lifts below.
