Wasn't quite sure how this would go with all the rest over the last 5 days. Turned out not too bad. The opener was a little slow, but I think I was feeling out my back. Second attempt was solid. Rep work was an improvement over last week. Overall solid performance. My back felt perfectly fine before squatting. Squatting clearly irritated it some. After the session it was slightly sore when massaged, but I couldn't link it to any muscle action.

Opener was kinda meh, but came back for par on the second attempt. My bench has been rocking pretty steady lately despite a sore elbow, so that's not a bad day at all. Rep work was a slight improvement. Pretty happy with that. All in all, solid performance.

Big improvement over last week. Left SI / back / whatever started out a little sore and got a little more sore during the warm ups, but didn't continue to do so. This was the best pulling I've done in weeks. It's still not that good, but improvement is improvement. On the rep set, my right glute caused me noticeable pain. I thought about skipping the third rep, but did it anyway. Cut the work there. I hope it's no worse for wear.

Strong lifting in this slot! This is an all time PR. Elbow still played up on me -- preventing me from tucking the left arm as much as I want to. But the strength was good. Less than 2 weeks to cope, then compete. Then rest.
