I was sick on Thu/Fri/Sat so I combined some of the planned work from the final two training days today. I also cut the drop sets.
10 kg jump from last time (two weeks ago). Using these to try and force myself into a deeper position. Getting close . Video shows the top set.

First rep of the top set had a poor path on the way down but the rest were solid.

Deadlift +chains

110 kg x4 @7.5
Felt pretty good.

Bench

Fatigue: 0 %

Hmmm, hit the required RPE quite quickly here! I decided that I had enough done and went home. Solid session but nothing spectacular. Good to get some practice in after the few days out with a cold.
