Deadlift w/belt
e1RM: 780
Work up sets felt pretty good and I was hitting my groove much better than before. So I went for something on my top set and ended up +19 over LAST WEEK! Still a long way to go on the deads, but if I can keep getting 10-20 pound chunks, it won't be long at all.

    Hi Mike, nice work. In a YouTube video of yours, "Mental cues for deadlift," you say you hold the bar in your fingers. This may seem like an odd question, but where exactly does the bar sit in your fingers? Thanks in advance.

    Bert, BW has held steady in the low 270's. About normal or maybe a little heavier.

    Ed... that's hard to say. I'll have to take another video at some point.
