Squat w/belt
e1RM: 764
Not great. Slightly off the mark on the top set. Fatigued really quick. Didn't feel fully balanced today. Ahh well. Rest up and get 'em next time.

This was a 4 rep PR, which I'm certainly happy about. Bench seems to be holding about this level.

Deadlift w/belt
e1RM: 784
Top set was solid and showed improvement. But my hamstrings are acting up again. I've gotten lazy on my glute work. Time to step it up. If it gets worse, I'll have to make some recovery adjustments. Can't afford any slip ups now.

Yeah, this has been a more recent addition to my training. I get massage done every other week.

That standing military e1RM seems off..?

Mike, first off, that 843 you showed on the podcast was awesome.
Where do you fit the glute work into your training - warming up? GPP? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, the e1RM is off. Not sure why -- I'll have to go back and look.

Ed, as of now I do some glute activation work on my off days because overworked hamstrings is the cause of my hip pain. But other than that, I don't do anything specific for glutes.
