2CT Paused Squats really liked these last night as i was able to really keep tight in the hole all were done beltless and to the correct rpe required

Bench Pin Press have not done these for quite a while , but they felt real good and 90 kg was for a 9 rpe so happy with these

Good Mornings just did the 5 sets pyramid style to finish off the workout
