Close Grip Floor Press
6 x 20kg
6 x 40kg
6 x 50kg
6 x 60kg rpe 7
6 x 70kg rpe 8

Comp Squats This week was 4 reps for a rpe 9 so last week i did 120 kg for 3 reps so at least wanted to do the same for 4 reps ,all was going well on every warm up set and got to the 120 kg and it was ok ,but was more like a 9.5 tonight so stopped there , but was happy with the 4 reps
Touch and go Bench this was for 4 reps tonight as well rpe 9 where last week was 7 reps for 10 rpe really felt good tonight nice solid reps and no problems the last set was 4 x 100 kg so was pleased
Close Grip Floor Press these really hit my tris hard tonight as was really pleased with these
