Holy shit, welcome back Deadlift! I got the technique back today. Key is -- as I suspected -- getting tight in the bottom. But instead of focusing on "getting tight" I focuesed on pulling the slack out of the bar and it made an enormous difference. I could have gone heavier, but this was already a very nice improvement and I opted to get the volume instead.

Pretty good. Definitely feeling fatigued from training this week, but the performance here was still pretty good. Fatigued quickly though, which is to be expected I suppose.

I haven't done this in about 5 years. Interesting. Definitely felt heavy at the top, so hopefully it makes a difference.

That was what I originally assumed, but I also thought you can only use weight releasers for one rep.

Glad you're in the process of getting your old deadlifting form back. You must be eager to be ready for 800+ once again! All in all, despite a few setbacks, your log from the last months shows patient and methodical progress.

It released on the first rep. The second two were normal.
