4/24/2015 Deadlift w/belt e1RM: 840 Well this was actually fun. 705x5 is kind of a milestone lift for me and while it's not a PR, it's an indicator that things are going well. Then I maintained that output for a while, which I'm positive I haven't done before. Weight Reps RPE 625 x 5 @ 6.5 665 x 5 @ 7 705 x 5 @ 7.5 705 x 5 @ 8 705 x 5 @ 9.5 Bench +70WR e1RM: 451 Nice plus over last week. This was interesting because on the last set, I lost control on the first negative. I've not pushed the WR that hard before. It doesn't feel like it does much, but I guess it does. Weight Reps RPE 355 x 4 @ 7 375 x 4 @ 7 405 x 4 @ 9 385 x 4 @ 8 385 x 4 @ 8 385 x 4 @ 9.5

4/28/2015 Squat w/belt e1RM: 774 Definitely improving. It's been a while since I've done 4's, but the trend is definitely upward. Fatigued more quickly than last week. Weight Reps RPE 595 x 4 @ 6.5 635 x 4 @ 7 675 x 4 @ 8 655 x 4 @ 8 655 x 4 @ 9 635 x 4 @ 8.5 Bench +70WR e1RM: 455 Plus about 3 over last week, which is both good and surprising. I'm feeling more comfortable lowering heavy weights. I hope that is translatable. Weight Reps RPE 375 x 3 @ 6.5 395 x 3 @ 7.5 420 x 3 @ 9 405 x 3 @ 8.5
