Top set was about what I imagined, but the fatigue got pretty bad by the end of this. Weight Reps RPE 295 x 10 @ 7 315 x 10 @ 8 315 x 9 @ 9.5 315 x 7 @ 10 275 x 9 @ 9.5
6/20/2015 Deadlift w/belt e1RM: 690 Solid work on the single. The pull still felt a little tentative off the floor, but the accelleration was good. Rep work was solid obviously. But I got better at that off-the-floor Weight Reps RPE 695 x 1 @ 7.5 595 x 3 @ 6.5 595 x 3 @ 6 595 x 3 @ 6 595 x 3 @ 6 595 x 3 @ 6 595 x 3 @ 6.5 595 x 3 @ 5.5 595 x 3 @ 6 2ct Pause Squat e1RM: 636 Pretty good. About what I expected, which I'm pleased with considering this is in a fatigued state. Weight Reps RPE 595 x 1 @ 8 555 x 4 @ 8.5 535 x 4 @ 8.5 535 x 4 @ 8.5 Split Squat e1RM: 258 Tightened up the technique a lot here. The are lighter, but hopefully more effective. Weight Reps RPE 175 x 4 @ 7 195 x 4 @ 7 225 x 4 @ 8 225 x 4 @ 8 225 x 4 @ 8 Video of the comp bench single:
6/22/2015 Competition Raw Bench e1RM: 434 Small improvement over last week. Volume was definitely more fatiguing (makes sense). Weight Reps RPE 425 x 1 @ 8 375 x 3 @ 6.5 375 x 3 @ 6.5 375 x 3 @ 6.5 375 x 3 @ 6.5 375 x 3 @ 7 375 x 3 @ 7.5 375 x 3 @ 7.5 375 x 3 @ 7.5 3ct Pause Bench e1RM: 401 Single was tight, but I think the first rep set had some slop. I tried it again and barely missed the third rep. Lots of fatigue from the volume work. Weight Reps RPE 375 x 1 @ 7.5 365 x 3 @ 8.5 365 x 2 @ 9.5 345 x 3 @ 9 BTN Press e1RM: 215 Weight Reps RPE 165 x 3 @ 6 175 x 3 @ 6 190 x 3 @ 7.5 190 x 3 @ 7.5 190 x 3 @ 8 190 x 3 @ 8.5
