Squat w/belt

Crushed the opening single. Looked way better than last week. Volume work was much heavier, but I stuck with it well. Smooth is fast.

Crushed this. Only about 20 pounds below an all time PR. I don't think the full DL is back, but this is a move in the right direction. Getting better at bracing and accelerating off the floor.
