27th June 2015 - Still positive trend in the bench press

I have lost 2-3 kgs because I felt a bit like a fat blog. I'm at 103,5 kgs now. But I seem to have gotten stronger in the bench. Could it be because of the weekly very light incline sets?

Biceps

These short workouts are typical of this time of the year. Lots to do outside because of the kids' summer vacation.
