Long time lifter, as a hobby. First time using Reactive Training Systems.

Got my first workout and excited to get started tomorrow.

Is it usual to have so few exercises in week 1? Just curious about how other people have been doing with the first week.

    For me, powerlifting is neither a hobby nor a profession. Sports, bodybuilding, lifting weights, these all for me a way to keep myself fit. My real hobby is pottery. I make it. You know, jugs, pots, and so on. And now I even teach kids this craft. I got the best pottery wheel for kids so they can perform really great with it.
