Good session. Looks like I can push the bench a bit more, which means 170 is next up. A 10 kg pr in less than 3 months. RTS really works. Wasn't sure about the depth on the 220 for squat, but it's always like that on a heavy single. Got to get some volume in, but that's proving to be a challenge.
